    It’s hard to start a revolution when no one bothers to show up

    The City Council on Thursday approved plans for the last two of four housing developments to be razed and redeveloped: Lafitte and St. Bernard. Plans for B.W. Cooper and C.J. Peete were previously approved.

    So where were the carpetbaggers and anarchist agitators to take pepper-spray for the cause this time?

    “No one spoke against any of the redevelopment plans before the council,” is the answer.
