    Sure … you’re one of the two useless Cynthias. What have you done for us lately?

    The real question we should all be asking is, if Cynthia Hedge-Morrell thinks she’s above the law to such an extent that she can endanger other people’s lives by weaving in and out of traffic at 100 mph — for a FEMA meeting (huh?), what else could she possibly be doing that she considers above the law?

    In other news, local recovery ubermensch, Ed Blakely, might be delusional (once again) in citing extraordinarily low pre-Katrina census figures, but besides that — what the hell is he doing in Sydney, Australia?!! Are we paying this guy to go on travel junkets? Last I looked, we were still shy a couple hundred thousand people who’d like to come home!

      His home is in Australia, he is just here to save us, get a few streetlights fixed and cash the check for 150k
